Policies

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns. If your product arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order along with a picture of the damaged item, and we will make arrangements to replace your item (shipping charges for a new item are the responsibility of the buyer) If you are unhappy with a product, please send a detailed description of the problem and we can work out an exchange or refund minus shipping charges (we do not refund for shipping). If a return is required by the seller, the return shipping along with a 25% restocking fee may be charged to the buyer).

Please make sure that you have the correct address listed when you place your order. Any returns for the incorrect address as well as orders being returned due to the lack of picking up your order at the post office will be refunded at the time that the item is returned to us, minus shipping fees. If you would like the item resent shipping charges may apply.

Custom orders are NON-Refundable.
