All items come individually shrink wrapped and labeled. Minimum order is $200 for first time orders, and $150 for recurring orders.
For private label orders we do require that scents be purchased in case packs of 12 at a minimum, with a minimum of $250 for you first order, and $200 for recurring orders. All items for private label come individually shrink wrapped minus labeling. When you order for private label, please leave us a note stating that you would like items minus labeling.


RETURN POLICY: We currently do not accept returns due to our products handmade nature. If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can send out replacements. Photos of any damage may be required before replacements will be sent.

You must complete a wholesale account application, providing your EIN, and Sales Tax ID before ordering wholesale with us. 

Accounts will be reviewed annually. We reserve the right to cancel an account if Indulgence Bath Bakery products are not being well maintained, stocked in suitable temperatures, displayed well, kept in good hygiene (sample/tester products replaced as needed) or if the account changes ownership. Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging is strictly prohibited. Indulgence Bath Bakery does not allow our products to be sold on any type of auction site or as competition on any sites we already market on such as Etsy. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties who do not follow our guidelines.

Order fulfillment can take 1 to 3 weeks depending upon our stock levels, and therefore all wholesale clients are asked to plan accordingly. If all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within 2 weeks unless expedited shipping is selected. Back-ordered items can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Please specify if you would like items to be sent as they are ready or held until the order is able to be shipped in full. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping & Handling: The shipping charges quoted in your order are based on the total weight of the products chosen via Fedex Ground. All orders will have Delivery Confirmation added. If you would like to use your shipping account, please include all necessary acct info. We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel is fraudulent.

 Wholesale Payments: Orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. At this time, we do not offer payment terms (Net 30, 60, 90, etc). We accept all major credit cards including Amex. 

Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods: If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Indulgence Bath Bakery within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.

We are not responsible for the input of incorrect addresses on orders. The cost of new shipping labels will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

 Order Cancellation: Any cancellation of orders must be done within 24 hours of placing your order.
